Each bead on this piece was hand sculpted in my studio from porcelain clay, bisque fired, glazed and glaze fired to cone 6. Once the beads were finished firing in the kiln, they were suspended on waxed thread to create this hanging sculpture. The porcelain beads on this piece were finished with Cobalt and Aqua Celadon and Winterwood glazes.
